Yoder Family Farewell: From Upland to Uganda
Join us for Pastor Chad's final Sunday on May 31 at 10:30 AM!
We'll have a very special Sunday reflecting on the Yoders time in Upland and what they anticipate for their next chapter in Uganda. We will not have an 8:30 service nor will there be any Pierce Kids programming as the whole church family is invited to worship together in the sanctuary and celebrate the Yoders transition to Uganda.
Here are some things to consider leading up the event:
We want to them send them off generously.
- They are very limited in what they can take with them on their move to Uganda. Therefore, monetary gifts are simply the best way to express our love and gratitude—and will help fund their journey as full-time missionaries. You can give through the black offering boxes at church (cash or check) or online here. Whether cash, check, or online, please mark "Yoder's Farewell" as the designated fund for your gift.
We'll have a Q & A panel with the Yoders.
- Feel free to ask them anything about their time in Upland, serving Pierce, or ahead to their time in Uganda with Kuandaa. Submit your questions here.
We'll celebrate with lunch together.
- We'll handle the main course and drinks. If you are interested and able to contribute a side, salad, or dessert, please sign-up on the Perfect Potluck website.
